## 1) Where We Ship From

We fulfill orders using the **fastest route available** based on stock and destination:

* **USA warehouse**, or
* **Partner warehouse in China** (when it gets your order to you sooner or when US stock is limited).

Some orders may ship in **multiple packages**.

## 2) Shipping Fees

* **Free Standard Shipping**: Currently offered on all orders (limited-time).
* We may update this to **Free Shipping above a minimum order value** in the future. Any change will appear **on this page and at checkout** before you pay.

## 3) Processing Times

* **Order processing:** Usually **1–2 business days** (Mon–Sat).
* During high-volume periods (sales/holidays), processing may take a little longer. You’ll get a confirmation email when your order ships.

## 4) Delivery Timeframes (Estimates)

Delivery time depends on the fulfillment route and your address. Typical estimates:

* **Shipped from USA warehouse:** \~**3–7 business days**
* **Shipped from partner warehouse (China):** \~**6–12 business days**

> The **estimated window** for your order is shown at checkout and in your tracking email. Carrier delays (weather, peak seasons, customs routing, etc.) can occasionally affect timelines.

## 5) Tracking & Updates

* Every parcel includes **tracking**.
* You’ll receive a **tracking email/SMS** once your package leaves the warehouse. Tracking may take **24–48 hours** to show movement after label creation.

## 6) Address Changes & Cancellations

* If you need to **change/cancel** an order, email **[support@gadgetpanda99.com](mailto:support@gadgetpanda99.com)** **ASAP**.
* We can assist **before** the order ships. Once in transit, address changes aren’t guaranteed (carrier rules apply).

## 7) Delivery Issues

* If tracking shows **“Delivered”** but you can’t locate the package, please check with household members, neighbors, building management, and the carrier first.
* Packages marked delivered are **not treated as damaged** (see our Return & Refund Policy for damage claims).
* Orders returned due to **incorrect/incomplete addresses** or **unclaimed deliveries** can be reshipped (reshipping fee may apply).

## 8) Split Shipments

To get items to you faster, we may ship your order in **separate boxes** with separate tracking numbers. You’ll receive multiple tracking emails if that happens.

## 9) Duties & Taxes

* For deliveries within the **United States**, you **should not** incur additional import duties on standard orders.

We currently fulfill to addresses in the **United States**. (International destinations may be added later—watch this space!)
