# Terms of Service — GADGETPANDA99.COM

## 1) Agreement to Terms
By accessing **gadgetpanda99.com** or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms and our **Privacy Policy** and **Return & Refund Policy**. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
## 2) Who We Are
GADGETPANDA99.COM is operated by **Bluecraft Ventures LLC (USA)**. We curate gadgets under $99 and fulfill orders via our **USA warehouse** or our **partner warehouse in China**—whichever is faster based on stock and destination.
## 3) Eligibility & Account
* You must be **18+** (or the age of majority in your state) to purchase.
* You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it.
* Provide accurate, complete, and current information at checkout.
## 4) Products, Pricing & Availability
* Prices, promotions, and availability can change without notice.
* We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders that appear to be placed by resellers, distributors, or bots.
* If we discover a pricing/description error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
## 5) Orders & Payment
* Orders are offers to buy; we accept your order when we dispatch the product(s) and send a **shipping confirmation**.
* We accept payments via trusted processors (e.g., Stripe/PayPal). We do not store full card details.
* You authorize us and our providers to charge your payment method for the total shown at checkout (including any taxes and shipping, if applicable).
## 6) Shipping & Delivery
* We ship using the **fastest route available**: from the **USA** or our **partner warehouse in China** (based on availability and destination).
* Some orders may ship in **multiple packages** with separate tracking.

* **Risk of loss** passes to you once the carrier accepts the shipment. If tracking shows **Delivered**, please check with the carrier, household members, neighbors, or building management.
## 7) Returns, Replacements & Refunds
* Our policy protects you against **damage/defect**.
* **Change of mind** is **not eligible** for return or refund.
* Report damage within **3 days** of delivery with a **short unboxing video + photos**; ship back (if requested) within **7 days** after approval.

## 8) Promotions, Coupons & Gifts
* Promo codes (e.g., **WELCOME10**) are **non-transferable**, have no cash value, and may have limits (time, product eligibility, one use per customer).
* We may modify, suspend, or end a promo at any time. If a promo is misused or applied in error, we may cancel the affected order and issue a refund.

## 16) Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the **State of Wyoming** and the **United States**, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
